Finally! The Land of OZ:
Christmas, 2003
New Year's Report, 2004

The Christmas tree in Sydney appears in front of an old colonial building contrasted with a new skyscraper in the background, but this picture of Christmas Day in Cairns shows how the Aussies really spent their holiday.
Sydney Opera House and
Sydney Harbour Bridge were highlights. Some people climbed the bridge! Not me, though.
Warnings at crosswalks reminded us that Aussies drive on the left - but that was no challenge for we Japanese residents.
Cockatoos wanted to "share" our morning tea and cookies. A magpie even tried to grab one out of my hand!
